Welcome to Speckled Sparrow Designs and Destash! I have a busy and growing group on Facebook where you can learn about new items, pre-orders, specials and destash sales! Besides the products that I source to sell in my shop, I also offer design services and printed products for small businesses. Items sold on the website are ready to ship. Can I cancel or change my order before it ships? Please check your order carefully and verify it’s correct before checking out. However if you find any issues with your order, contact us right away via our contact page.

The window of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it is small, so we can’t guarantee we can change or cancel your order before it is in process.

I placed an order on your website but forgot something can I add on to my existing order? In order to add on you’d have to place another order and meet the minimum. We haven’t found any options that allow you to add on to an existing order once it’s been placed and paid for. I can of course combine shipping and refund the shipping overage once I ship your order, if your original order hasn’t shipped. Sorry. I know it’s a pain, but I don’t have hundreds of thousands like big corporations to spend on a website or full time developer to figure out how to make something like that possible.

I placed an order on your website, but need to add something can you invoice me? I’m really sorry but I am not manually invoicing for items. Now that I have the website it’s twice as much work to send an invoice, because I have to go in and manually adjust inventory counts on the website. I know it’s a pain, but I created the website to make things easier on all of us and to get away from manual invoicing. Plus it took me days of non-stop counting inventory to get the website up and running. Even one manual invoice messes with the counts on the website, and creates the potential for me to oversell.

I placed an order on your website, but forgot something can I just order the item I forgot without meeting the $20 MOQ? Unfortunately that’s not possible. We don’t have a way to turn off the order minimum temporarily without going in for each item and removing it. Also the reason I have a MOQ is because fees for small orders add up so quickly. Please try to remember to double check your order before hitting submit and make sure you have everything you need. If you have customer orders for specific items I would create a small list of those items, and add them to your cart first and then shop for any additional items you want to add before checking out.

When can I expect my order to ship? Orders are shipped in the order received. In stock items will ship within 3 business days of a cleared payment. However we do not ship on weekends, or holidays. From time to time if we have a big sale, you may experience longer processing times for your order to ship.

Can you combine shipping if I place multiple orders? If your previous order has not been processed or shipped, I will be happy to combine shipping for multiple orders. However, if your order has already been processed and the shipping label has been printed, I will not be able to combine shipping at this time.

How do pre-orders work? Occasionally we may have items listed on our website that are not available for immediate shipment. This means we are taking pre-orders before we place the order from our supplier. If you purchase an item that is listed as a pre-order it will have an estimated ship date in the item description. Please allow up to 14 – 21 business days for your pre-order items to ship to you. Shipping timeframe will be clearly listed in the description of the website so please read carefully.

Why was my order cancelled? If your order is cancelled, we’ll notify you via email. Reasons for cancellations may include any one of the following:

  • Your order total didn’t reach $20 BEFORE tax and/or shipping was applied.
  • The payment method you provided was declined.
  • The item ran out of stock before your order was processed. Items added to your bag are not reserved until you proceed to checkout. This means someone else may reserve the remaining quantity of an item before you have finished shopping.

Can I change the shipping address on my order? In accordance with the Terms of Service for PayPal and Sezzle, orders must be shipped to the address on the order. Please ensure you have entered the correct address during checkout.

What payment methods are accepted? Speckled Sparrow Designs & Destash accepts PayPal and Sezzle. All transactions are handled via a secure payment platform. You do not need a PayPal account to use their secure payment portal. Speckled Sparrow has no access to your card information.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement? There is a minimum order of $20.00 (not including shipping) for PayPal purchases. That means your item total must be $20.00 BEFORE shipping is added to your invoice. Sezzle orders require a $55.00 minimum prior to shipping fees.

What is your return/exchange policy? Currently all items sold at Speckled Sparrow are considered final sale.

Are my items covered by warranty? While I sell at below retail prices you might find elsewhere, I am considered a retail shop and the warranty is 7 days to the original purchaser from Speckled Sparrow Designs & Destash. If you resell item/s purchased from Speckled Sparrow Designs & Destash this completes the warranty between us, and the item/s will fall on your store’s warranty/replacement policy.

What if I receive a damaged item? Email us ASAP with your order number, and pictures of the defective item. We inspect each item before shipping, however we are human and sometimes miss a damaged item. If you receive an item that is damaged, due to an error on behalf of Speckled Sparrow Designs & Destash, it will be replaced for you at no charge and no additional shipping charges. In the event the item is no longer available, you will receive a full refund.

Design Services

Please note design services are for digital files only. No physical items are being purchased. I currently create logos, watermarks, business card files, thank you card files, and sticker files. All of these items may be purchased without purchasing actual print products.

Pre-made logos are $25.00 – that includes a font change & name change – on a design that’s pre-made and will be sold multiple times.

Custom Logo Packages are $75.00 – that includes a custom logo, watermark, front and back business card file, facebook cover photo. Some elements from your logo may be used in another logo, but not in a way that duplicates your logo.

Printed Products – Custom

Please note printed products are for physical items that will be shipped to your home.

I offer a wide range of custom printed products from custom stickers, business cards, post cards, hang tags, and more. The items listed are the most popular items, but I can also create custom banners, and more. If you are looking for a custom item please message me for a quote. There is a price list for custom printed products in the photos and tagged as well.

Printed Products – Ready to Ship

I currently design and print in bulk stickers that are perfect for the small business owner. All of my designs are worded so that they can easily transition from one type of small business to another. Stickers are sold in sets.
